Giant Food Store PA

I went to Giant in Aldan, PA yesterday and found out the hard way that if you mulitiple of the same coupon they will only double one of those coupons. This sucks... Colgate toothpaste was 10 for $10...I had eight .50 coupons...I'm thinking I'm going to get eight tubes of toothpaste for FREE!!..not true my coupon saving kings and queens..I got two tubes for free (I split my order) and paid .50 for six. I know what you're thinking...why is she complaining over paying .50 for a tube of toothpast..it's just the principal of the thing..I usually don't pay for toothpaste at all which is why I stock pile until the next sale. (We will talk about stockpiling a little later) This week they also had Activia 4 pks for $1.99...I had a $1.00 coupon so I got them for $1.00, not bad..not bad at all and they had 8th Contintent Soy Milk for $2.99, I had a $1.00 coupon...I got it since the price I paid was better than Aldi.

When you get a moment check out the Coupon Clippers and the Coupon Master to get coupons in the mail. Here is what happens...they purchase a ton of weekly papers...you select the coupons you want and for a very small fee they will ship the coupons to your home. The reason I like these two websites is since you select the coupons you wish to receive you only get the coupons you want. e.g. I don't have children or pets in my house...I get pretty annoyed when several of the coupons in the Sunday paper are for those items. Since I use the services of The Clippers and Masters I only purchase what my family uses.

Well that's all for now..until next time..

Keep clipping and using those coupons.

Let's save money by clipping coupons

My name is Michele aka The Money Saving Momma (he he) and I've discovered that you can save quite a bit of money by spending a little time clipping coupons and matching them with your supermarket circulars. I've been clipping coupons for over 20 years now and have become quite good at stockpiling my pantry and getting items my family uses for next to nothing and sometimes free. While I can't have a shopping total of $200 and only spend $25, I do quite well for myself and hope to teach you as well. So lets take this journey together, share ideas on how to save the family money and get to know one another. Have a great day and keep couponing.
